In mid-March I took a much needed vacation to a few places in Himachal Pradesh – a mountain state in India. The weather was chilly and relaxing and the entire trip was a very rejuvenating break. We trekked, ate lots of yum food (including a ton of maggi!), had coffee all the time and I even purchased a few cute souvenirs. Here’s a few pictures documenting my mini vacation and once again confirming that I am forever a 51% mountain and 49% beach girl:
