This is my post for Ateenagediaryonline’s extremely awesome, awesome project! I’ve been really excited about this so I’m glad to finally have the chance to do it.
I was introduced to blogging in the 7th grade in school when our English Lit. textbook had blog posts of different authors as our course study. Though I have to admit, I did not like the idea of blogging at all at first. Why would anyone be bothered to read what you post on the internet? Why would anyone ever be interested in reading your story? When I reached the 9th grade, my best friend sent me the link to her own blog, and that was when my opinion completely changed. My best friend’s blog had everything! Poems and stories and personal experiences, and people were actually reading it! So that was when I started this blog, and I have loved every single bit of it. So I think if anyone is as prejudiced as I was against blogging, all you have to do is start one!
This project is amazeballs and for anyone who wants to do it, you should definitely go contact her!
Supernatural’s Season 11 premiered a few days ago and obviously I was very, very excited. The episode started right where Season 10 left off: Dean free off the Mark, The Darkness released into the world, and total chaos everywhere.
The episode started off as everyone expected it to. Neither Sam nor Dean knew what was going on, Cass, after being juiced on Rowena’s witchcraft goes berserk on Crowley and kills him. Or does he, really?
As Sam and Dean find out the destruction they’ve let lose onto the world because of releasing The Darkness, they make new allies and are forced to make rough decisions. By the end of the episode, they end up getting separated but not before Dean gets a tearful call from Cass saying goodbye (that part hurt the most).
Sadly, the episode leaves more questions than it gives answers and out of all the season premieres’s I’ve seen, the Season 11 premiere just leaves you confused and angry because it clearly does not answer the questions left by the previous season.
It was about time I posted one of these again. Four more books I’ve read this year!
13) The Gray Mountain by John Grisham
This book will interest you right from the start. It’s brilliantly written and John Grisham makes the law so interesting. However, for me, the book did not end how I expected it to and I could honestly do with a few more chapters.
14) Go Set A Watchman by Harper Lee
*drumrolls* YES I’VE READ IT, and it’s genius! Waiting 50 years for Harper Lee to produce a stunner is worth everything in the world. Go Set A Watchman is written so well that you can’t put it down before finishing it off.
15) Sparkling Cyanide by Agatha Christie
So you probably know that Agatha Christie is my favourite author. This book, like all the others is gripping and kudos to you if you can guess the murderer before Hercule Poirot.
16) Silkworm by Robert Galbraith
In all honesty, the first 100-150 pages of this book really bored me. I had almost given up on the book when I reminded myself that you can’t give up on books. And the second half of the book kept me gripped like any other Agatha Christie book! JKR’s writing is simple and creative and the book is much more complex than it seems.
If you guys don’t watch Doctor Who, you probably should because that show is all kinds of great. But if you don’t, then I shall now be telling you about my favourite couple in all of television land(other than gay couples, who I’m a sucker for)
The Tenth Doctor(David Tennant) and Rose Tyler(Billie Piper) are in love, and no one can deny it. At the end of season two, when they get separated and end up in different universes, your heart breaks for them because it’s so unfair! This is how they both deal with ending up on different sides of the dimension:
After six months, the Doctor manages to send a live hologram of himself to Rose just to say goodbye and this is their heartbreaking conversation:
Rose:Can’t you come through properly?
Doctor:Both the universes would collapse.
AND YOU LITERALLY CAN FEEL YOUR OWN HEART BREAKING ALONG WITH THE DOCTOR’S
Finally, Rose breaks down and says what we’ve always wanted her to say:
Rose:I, I love you.
Doctor:Quite right too. And if it’s my last chance to say it, Rose Tyler, I-
AND AT THIS POINT, BEFORE HE CAN SAY ‘I LOVE YOU’ THE LIVE HOLOGRAM STOPS PROJECTING AND IT ENDS AND EVERYONE ON THE SCREEN AND IN THE ROOM IS A CRYING MESS

I recently finished with my exams, and obviously while studying for the exams, I managed to squeeze in just a few tiny moments of nail art :”)
Now, since you all probably don’t know, my nails are gigantically square and ugly and impossible to be handled. My mother on the other hand, has purrrfect nails (just one of the 10,23,50,467 reasons I’m jealous of her). No matter how long I grow my nails, one of them breaks and then the rest follow suit. Impossible nails, as I said.
Anyhow, I never stop attempting nail art. My phone has more pictures of nail art than it does of me (for obvious reasons, I look gigantically ugly and round in all pictures!) But here’s my last attempt at nail art *silently proud of myself*
