The Book List-Part II

Now I know all of you were waiting to read this next one(hopefully,) and I was so waiting to write it! So here it is, four other books I’ve read this year ūüėÄ

5)How They Met and Other Stories by David Leviathan

This is literally one of the greatest short stories book I’ve ever read! It’s adorable and cute and has the sweetest and happiest stories. In all honesty, I only read this after I found David Leviathan on¬†Will Grayson, Will Grayson,¬†but I have to admit he’s all kinds of great. This short story book gave me serious mushy feelings!

6)The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald

I don’t think words are honestly needed to describe this book. Its a classic! And such a well-written one too! There’s no beating Scott Fitzgerald. Ever.

7)The Lincoln Lawyer by Michael Connelly

I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t wanted to read this book since forever. Ever since I heard about the main story, I had desperately wanted to read this book. And it’s a great book! Since law is extremely tiring and painful, such books are complete must-reads.

8)All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr

For the past year, I’ve been a sucker for prize winner books. So when I finally merged to find a copy of the Pulitzer prize winner here, there was no way I wasn’t going to buy it! The book is based in World War II and I think that makes everyone think it’s destined for a sad ending, and a sad beginning¬†and a sad middle. However, this is by far the best book I’ve read this year. Everything in the book is beautiful and happy and this book will for sure make your heart ache! My absolute favourite line is:¬†He can see nothing. But he can see her.¬†
